Help my kitten his bad abcess looks like blood inside?

My kitten has this abcess on his paw just after his wrist on back of his paw (top) and its very large i thought ready to be lanced for him today been soaking it in hot warm salt water and soaking cloth in it too and wrapping it tight around his hand,. Part of the top layer of his skin peeled off and the hand looks all red about 3 inches around but abcess is quarter sized and about half inch high with big red blood circle under where the skin peeled off.

When poking a few holes with sterile insulin syringe yesterday morning only blood comes out, but it kind of broke at 5am this morning kitty woke up with arm wet but when i got up to push on it only a little more puss come out and it sealed back up. Sorry for my typing im in a rush im an hour from a hospital in the country and no vehicle its not an option what do i do.

Ive opened and cleaned up my kittens misses/abcess before on his arm but i dont know about this one but then again its been years since i did his last one.

All advice except telling me to find way to hospital would be hugely appreciated thank you! ive read the other threads and they dont help specifically,

My kitten was doing edited by me reread the rules multipe drugs in the last few weeks so he dont remember what caused it

Can seomeone tell someone to move my threat to the right area so i can get answers from people who have had same problem for oportunities id really appreciate it seriously thanks very much but im not going to hospital i cant; I dont want that to be a part of discussion
 
If you don't go to the hospital there's a good chance your gonna lose your fucking hand if the infection becomes more serious. It should be a matter of discussion unless you have some antibiotics and proper dressing for a large open wound. Whatever implications come with you calling an ambulance and being admitted should have been considered when you stuck the needle in your arm, be a fucking adult and call someone to help. No one here can step by step address your relatively serious medical issue even if there are some really knowledgeable people here.
 
Go to a hospital. That's the advice you're going to get. There is no home medical care suitable to treat an infected abscess.

We don't allow discussion of kittens doing drugs either, please read the rules.
