Ok guys heres the deal:
I have real good molly and am rolling tomorrow. I have rolled approx 18 times over 3 years. And last roll was many months ago..

I havent tried any myself yet, but close friends of mine have told me that 50mg's was even enought to be better than any of the pills gettin around (which are all shite!!)

Im thinking maybe I will need 130mg for the full event?

Also, the event starts at 12pm and finishes at 10pm...what time do you think I should dose? and should I redose? If so..how should I split the dosages?

I also have some anti-oxidants (ala, vit c, vit e, ECGC etc) that I plan to take but Im not really sure if I should do them before or just when Im coming down..

for something that long, i'd do a bit more than 130mg.
since you don't do it often, you probably don't have much for a tolerance, but I'd suggest just getting 200mg's then you'll be good! start off with 100, then re-dose 50, then later another 50. :)

Also, with my anti oxidants..would it be ok to make a capsule mixed with Alpha lipoic acid, vit c and green tea extracts?
or would they react/degrade if mixed?
 
Try taking the anti-oxidants before during and after...but i think that after is the most important time.

For dropping id suggest maybe: 90mg at 530pm + 50mg at 630-7pm.

Good to see you havent really abused the drug over the course of your usage!
 
I agree with Clean Cut, and I'd also suggest taking 2 or 3 tablets of Spirulina the day after. Protein + anti-oxidant + l-Tryptophan + GLA + b-12. And mixing the anti-oxidants you have shouldn't cause any degradation of effect.
 
its hard to say as everybodys tolerance is different,i used to get through a gram over the course of a night sometimes,although i would be a complete and utter mess at times.
