Help. Mdma nerve damage?

Sigh i wrote for an hour and i got logged out and lost it all. Here i go again.

My first Mdma usage started in 2012 December and my last was on may 12th.

Although my mdma usage was about <15 times, i really abused it. I was not informed of the ill effects and didn't research it (stupid me)

During March-May, ive basically did it every 1-2 weeks (2pills), and a couple of times, i did it 2 days in a row. Though i never increased dosage and a couple times were just a dip or two, i did it often.

I didnt experience any negative effects then (only the 'natural' 1-2 day comedown).

During all this use, daily blazing was the norm. also 3 acid trips(2tab, 4tab, 2.5tab) took place in the span of march-may.

However on may 22th, i flew over to a drug strict country(asia) and it has put a pause on my daily pot smoking. With this, ive started to get symptoms.

It started with loss of appetite, general fatigue/energyless, very very minor 'tightness' in chest, and thinking about these symptoms all the time. I suspected something to do with my organs or my body getting re-adjusted to asia. I got an xray, ultrasound, bloodtest, endoscope and i was given the OK on my body. My doctor kept asking me if i had stress, i told him no. I did have my suspicions of my sickness being linked with my brain/drug use.

These symptoms lasted about 10 days and it faded away.(jun 5).

I was fine for a few days until 2 days ago, i started to have prick/stings and itches on my face, leg, arms. Pinpoint bright red spots started to appear and though ive only had it for 2 days, it seems to be intensified when I'm in bed trying to sleep. Its tolerable but its enough to start conscious scratching during sleep.

So thats the current state of me now.
My theory is that daily weed use was suppressing the mdma damage but the stop on weed unleashed it all.
I want to believe that its my body 'flushing' all the toxins since the initial symptoms(no appetite, fatigue, etc) are now gone and i now only have the itchy/sting/spots. However, I'm starting to think that my brain/nerves are fucked and its shooting off like crazy and slowly rotting away.

Also, being tired/without sleep sometimes produces anisocoria(different size pupil dilation) and hallucinatory effects. The hallucinatory effects are very minimal (text moving, grains on ceiling movving) and i only notice it when i make an effort to.

I dont really experience depression/anxiety except worrying about these symptoms but the worry is more of, i fucked up and im pissed at myself for it, so pissed i should jump out the window(never going to happen though, i read inappropriate suicidal thoughts were a symptom as well). i dont think my ability to form coherent thoughts and such has been effected (even though im on 'vacation' and dont really need to use my brain that much)

Another reason i suspect MDMA is (i forgot this in my original post, editing it now) because of serotonin syndrome. I might be just picking at things and they are probably not supposed to be long term, or occur in a delayed fashion like me but the similar symptoms catch to my attention :
the minor hallucinations, night-sweats, sometimes wanting to be warm even though its hot, dilated pupils, hyperactive bowel sounds.

i dont know what to do. help. any similar stories that have had positive outcomes? any negative?
reading about how users even disapprove of bi weekly usage has made me realized how stupid i was.

With these symptoms combining with a trip to Asia + fairly major poly drug use there is quite a lot here to not necessarily attribute this to MDMA.

Also these symptoms you describe are not normally associated with MDMA long term symptoms. Loss of appetite and general fatigue are associated symptoms but there are many other things that can also cause this.

That sounds very positive so it would seem your main issue is with the itching symptoms etc.

i dont know what to do. help.

This sounds like a clear cut case of where you just need a long break from drug taking. Look at making some lifestyle changes getting out of the drug scene and focussing on healthy living, diet, fitness and a possibly suppliment regime perhaps some Omega 3, Multi Vitamins and even 5HTP.

Also if you can quit the weed I dont agree with your theory about it holding back any symptoms. Smoking of weed will just add to any paranoia or anxiety and if your brain in need of rebalance then weed wont help.

Thanks for the reply. My suspicion is on MDMA or LSD, the symptoms and stories i read online are fairly similar to my case, although not a direct representative.

The reason i suspect the link of mdma and weedPLOS ONE: THC Prevents MDMA Neurotoxicity in Mice. Though it was from a quick google search and i havent read the details, im just believing everything i see that will make me feel better.

Yea, all the drugs, alcohol, and even cigarettes have stopped. Im going to start exercising again today.

I dont blame it solely on mdma, but i believe i fucked up my brain/nerve as a whole and mdma+lsd probably took a big role in that.

I think because its polydrug abuse you have put yourself through trying to pinpoint a symptom to one particular drug will be very hard. Clearly you know yourself and it seems drugs are a major part of your issues.

Yes I looked at that Abstract. I dont think its particularly well written or explained. I would be inclined to take that with a pinch of salt. They are injecting high doses into mice its not really true to real life. I also couldnt really understand the point about AM251 and AM630 antagonists. My theory goes if you cant write an Abstract that makes sense then unlikely your scientific study makes sense.

The best thing to do is look at humans and from my experience if people smoke weed whilst suffering from issues with MDMA then things are just made worse.

Yes quite possible. A regime now of no drugs is a good plan :) most of this damage will repair itself over time if you allow your body a break.

Symptom hunting is unfortunately a side kick of anxiety. Over time everything will subside. Your plan of no drugs and exercise sounds good time will be the key here. Also consider some supps that combined with healthy diet will work wonders.
