Help ! I took some valium and plan to take some XTC tonight

Hi, I'm new here !

I need help from experienced users here.
I'm under a lot of benzos, I take 20 mg of valium (diazepam) on the morning, then 50 mg seresta (oxazepam) at noon, same around 6 pm and again 20 mg valium before bed.
I have a VERY high tolerance to benzos. The problem is I dumbly took my treatment today, so, so far 20 mg diazepam around 2 pm, and a seresta around 4 pm.

I plan to take some E tonight . Is it worth it ? Or all those benzos will ruin the high ? I have 220 mg pills. Should I take 2 maybe ?

I really need your advice here please !!

No don't take two. If they're really 220mg which could be just dealer talk that is way too much. Afaik benzos do not influence a roll from as soon as their effects have worn off. If you still feel the effects that could influence your roll a bit but nothing dangerous. I would look up your pills on pill.report look (on cellphone so bit hard to give you a clickable link) and see if they're known in their database. That could give you an indication of their dose

Finally this is how it went :
I took my first pill about half an hour before going there. I thought I had some time ahead, but the high came just as I arrived the place. It was potent, really cool. But it didn't last much. After 3 hours, I took the other pill and it worked for 2 hours.
I will double check in a month without benzos at all but maybe the product itself wasn't very good (even though the initial hit was really strong)
 
It sounds like they were bombed if it smacks hard, but doesnt peak in waves for a good while, Ive found the Meth bombed ones allways smack super hard, but then these orange revolvers I had in like 07' were seriously the best pills I have ever come across, the cleanest consistent roll, Id ever had, it was like the first time I tried pills, and this was when red mac dre were going around adn single stacks whers the best ones to get, and they would last all night off 2 of them, parachute the first take the second at 2 am and be coming down around 8 in the moring
 
Wow, yeah that's what I was looking for, something lasting until 8 am !! What does "bombed" mean ?

like they were more meth than mdxx, we just say they are bombed as if destroyed or overcome be meth rather than mda or mdma or whatever mdxx is in it
