First off dood, the caps, they just gotta go man. ANy ways, the veins in my arm are fuckin impossible to see to. I have the best luck shootin in my foot. Sounds gross, but it works.

Do you have a specific question or problem, OTHER THAN HOW TO TURN OFF THE CAPS LOCK? In general though, if you wanna use your arms (which is my personal preference), try the inner elbow. If you can't see anything there, try tying off slightly higher than the inner elbow and pumping your fist a few times. Then lay down on a couch or bed, but let your arm hang off the side (so that it is lower than the rest of your body). This should help bring the vein to the top. You can also try taking a hot shower, or warming your elbow (or desired location) in some other manner (heating pad, etc.). Once the veins are brought up to the top you can usually feel them with your finger (you must barely touch your skin to do this, just barely slide your finger across when feeling for them). Other than that, maybe check out the FAQ here on bluelight or go to the heroin section of erowid and they have links there pertaining to safe injection. If you have any other specific questions, post here and im sure someone will help you out!

Try the vein that pokes out of your thumb. You're gonna need to tie off your wrist really tight. This is the same vein that runs thru your inner elbow. If you have fat arms, this vein should be fat too!

hmm, don't know if you should be shooting up from your typing skills... but...
when i started out i was told by experienced junkies that my veins were so bad that maybe heroin wasn't meant for me (boy, sometimes i wish i had listened). you can't see a single damn vein on my arm, even when i tie off. well, now i could give you a goddamn map of my veins, i know where plenty are. it took a little trial and error, but i found that if i tied off and just felt around for veins i could find one.
as Steve said... hot showers help, next time you take a shower see if you notice any veins when you step out and try the inside of you elbow. you got some nice veins there. mine are kinda deep, sometimes you have to dig around. i can hit the veins in my hand and on top of my wrist, becareful though as they are small you can easily go right through them. don't go deep at all.
nobody can really tell you where you veins are though, you gotta search.
