Miscellaneous Help for a first-time shroom tripper

Good night everyone. I'm gonna use 1.25g of shrooms tonight and want to know what can I expect from the trip and, if possible, some tips and advices to make my trip the best it can be.

I know it has posts dedicated to answer these questions, and I'm reading them, just want something more succint.

Expect physical and mental stimulation, an "energy" in your body, everything will feel increased both good and bad, every external input will be more intense.

Thoughts will be more fluid and lively. Everything you look at will seem a bit more vivid and will have more depth to it, naturally or unnaturally.

That's about all I can think about at that dose, succinctly.

My only tip is if you aren't enjoying yourself... do something else, move somewhere else... and music + meditation or stillness/aloneness is particularly good with shrooms.
