help; dope sick

I've been using h off n on for a few years. Just thinking about that shocks even me. The most I was ever clean was a few months. I'm on my 4th or 5th day of sobriety/sickness & wanna know when this will be over cuz I'm about to lose my cool n relapse. I really could use some reassurance that this crap will get better. This time i was using about 6 months daily. Please help

right now you're at the "make it or break it" stage of heroine withdrawal. If you havent used at all so far you are on your way out. No bullshit. Week 1 is hellish. people say it's only a 3 day event but in my own personal experience I can say if you are a heavyweight with opiates that withdrawal will last longer than 3 days. You're kicking the shit out of it dude keep up the good work.

Vitaman is 100% correct. You've got this shit. Few more days & you'll be so proud of yourself. "Make it or break it stage" is definitely the best way to describe what you're going through right now. H withdrawal is rough brother. Keep up the good work! Let us know how it goes..
