Yes, depending on the product 10 hours to 12 hours can begin detox.

from experience heroin would be 9 hours for me, are you using heroin OP?
 
With heroin, I start noticing withdrawal symptoms around 8 hours after use. They become intrusive by 12 hours and I'm in full blown withdrawal by about 24 hours in.
 
Are you withdrawing from icecream or heroin

i know now you cant withdraw from icecream but you get my point!
 
It didn't let me finish my post..but my biggest problem is when I get into hour 13 even if I've still done some but not my normal fix I start having seizures really bad over and over again until i do my fix. And heroin withdrawal by the way

+1 this is not a normal symptom by any means. Do you know the reason for this? Does your normal supply possibly contain a cut like a benzo or something else whose withdrawal cause seizures. Even a benzo would not likely cause seizures at this time.

seizures are really serious and you will need to see a physician to find out whats going on here. Please do <3
 
You are usually at risk for seizures after cessation of alcohol ( if you've been using a while) or from a benzo cut back. Let us know how you are doing. Seizures are scary and if you are alone you can hurt yourself during a fit.
 
If I can't get it too stop I just do a fix and go to the hospital. I am almost always alone haven't hurt my self too bad during a seizure yet mostly just cuts and bruises
 
The hospital isn't sure what's going on didn't mention I was going through withdrawal probably should've tho.. I haven't hurt myself too bad during a seizure just cuts and bruises. The withdrawal seizures will get so bad I have about 5 within 30 minutes.. what makes it even more odd is I've only been addicted for 2 years or so
 
You really need to be straight with the doctors. Seizures are no joke and there could be any number of causes. The doctors need to know exactly what you are taking, what your history is with the seizures and the drugs, etc. Don't put your life at risk because of any embarrassment or fear you may feel. Time to think stuff over big time. You sound like my buddy who drank a lot and did some other stuff. Well he started to have occasional seizures after drinking / partying. He was told to quit because organs were giving out. He got drunk at a bachelor party 6 months ago and had another seizure but people were around. A few days later he started drinking before meeting up with friends for watchjng football. . .he never made it to see them. He seized, something went real bad and he was found dead by his wife of 8 months.

I dont mean to preach but he was just 34 years old. You're having some dangerous episodes. As far as telling ER workers the truth, they have heard and seen it all! Believe me. So dont be scared to leave out details that may just save your life one day. Good luck!
