Hi everyone,

I’m Nick, founder of NeuroLumen, an initiative focused on advancing psilocybin-assisted therapy—especially for tough-to-treat conditions like methamphetamine use disorder.

We’ve put together a series of public awareness graphics designed to help destigmatize psychedelic drugs, particularly psilocybin, by sharing science-backed facts about their safety, therapeutic potential, and role in healing mental health and addiction.

Our goal is to spread truthful, compassionate information that challenges common myths and reduces fear around psychedelics.

If you find these graphics valuable, please help us amplify the message by sharing them on your social media, forums, or wherever you feel they can make an impact. The more people see this info, the closer we get to creating a culture of understanding and support.

I posted the graphics below. Feel free to download, share, and discuss! And if you have ideas for other ways to get the word out, I’d love to hear them.

Thanks so much for your support!

— Nick

Nice design work! I love the Science over stigma one.

If I may share my unsolicited opinion - I don't think psilocybin itself is stigmatized - anyone who knows what that is probably has a positive opinion about it. People who stigmatize psychedelics are usually unaware of details like what psilocybin is and are so in the dark about psychedelics that they lump mushrooms and LSD in with heroin, crack and meth.

I think simply educating people that psychedelics are a completely distinct class, and what science and statistics have to say about them is a good angle.

Thanks so much—I really appreciate the feedback, and I’m glad the Science Over Stigma one resonated with you!

And I think you're absolutely right: the stigma often stems from a lack of understanding, not necessarily about psilocybin specifically, but about psychedelics as a whole. For many people, it’s still all lumped together in the “drugs = bad” bucket—regardless of pharmacology, context, or intent.

That’s exactly why I’m trying to approach this with a mix of visual clarity and evidence-based messaging. If we can break through that initial wall of fear or misinformation—even just enough to spark curiosity—then science can do the rest.

Thanks again for sharing your perspective. Unsolicited opinions are welcome here when they’re this insightful. 😊
