ok, hopefully this doesnt get tagged as drug identification, bc its really a hr inquiry. this past week since thursday night i have been doing a little bit of coke. now the real question here is not how much cocaine i might've insufflated over the course four days, it is the mystery substance that i have taken in the form of a couple of rails on the streetisde, with the seediest looking guy at the seediset part of my f'king the town. i really don't know what the hell i was thinking (was very drunk and coked out)..the only reason i could've have ended up there was bc i was desperately trying to use my google maps to get to an afterparty and i got separated from the crowd.

now its tuesday (nov 5), 3 sleeps since i snuffed the mystery substance (sat, nov 2), and i've been blowing blood almost every morning. i can even almsot identify chunks in there. my nosed is pretty clogged too. and each proceeding day i get more tired and increased sense of malaise. this normally doesn't happen. i could barely muster myself enough energy to shower yesterday..thats how messed up i was. managed to whip some hearty meals for myself, feeling slightly better.

am i safe from and sti/stds from taking that rail? (i used my own snuff tube)

is there any other infectious diseases i should be worried about??

No.

You need to clean your nose...

Irrigate your nasal passages...

Drugs are corrosive to your tissues...

High possibility you had some amphetamine type drug...

okay, i might be a little paranoid. but i forgot to mention i awoke the next day finding strange random cuts around my body (feet/ankle, fingers, and there's a particular area on my thigh that's sore). i'm really hoping its not some kinda unintentional/intentional needle-stick injury, bc that would suck ass. and it could be plausible, bc i was at a city notorious for it's needle exchange and safe injection site programs. and this guy i was with was very seedy. he tried to hook me up with one of his two-bit whores, and when i looked into her eyes, it screamed "run"... and that's what really sobered me up. i might just go to the doc's and get blood tested just to be sure.

Are you for real?

Your nose is just messed up from doing coke four, five days. That's not anything unusual.

As for the rest......that is some random, fucked up shit. What the hell? Yeah, I'd go and throw myself at the mercy of the STD clinic too. For real.

Yikes!

That is some odd stuff. Did you black out? I don't know what exactly you mean when you say cuts, do they look like someone did it with a razor/knife or are they scrapes you could get falling on the sidewalk or into a sharp ass bush.

If you got an STD or blood borne disease or something, I would think its not one of the big ones (HIV, Hep C) because you wouldn't feel any different for a while if they infected you. Though its not a bad idea to get tested in lieu of the questionable night you had. The weakness/tiredness could be just from stressing yourself out mentally, too much anxiety. Its quite common to make yourself feel sick when you are scared you are sick. Or else you could have a sinus infection. Regardless you should see a doctor, no one here can really be much help except to possibly mislead you.

to update and answer all your questions: yes i did black out and yes i am for real.

the cuts on my fingers could be from falling down, but the one on my ankle is a bit suspicious. to actually pinpoint the exact cut , it was around the tibialis anterior tissue.
secondly, today i went to the ER at my local hospital, bc i'm starting experience soreness/pain at mid-center of my thigh. there's also skin discoloration (not like a bruise, more like yellowing). anyways, one of the nurses examined it, and said it could be just an unidentified abrasion injury i acquired during my "blackout" state. they told me the info i provided wasn't enough to warrant me to be put on antivirals. they also said blood test is NOT needed atm, but check back about 6 months later, bc thats when virus profile becomes noticeable. they didn't even have a proper MD take a look at me.

that's the kinda assurance i get, so as you could all tell, im still a bit skeptical and paranoid. they didn't even give me a tetanus shot or nothing. i'm thinking of going to a walk-in clinic tmr morning, and just tell them i had been sexually active for the past three months with multiple partners, some of which are of questionable character. and sometimes i do not wear protection. maybe then, they'll get some blood work done. :/

^I can't see how you would fall and cut your ankle in that location, so that is a bit suspicious.

It does seem they were a bit negligent in assessing you. It is true that it will takes months before HIV or hep C will show up on a blood test. I still think they should have tested you when you were there, to have a baseline and to be sure that if in 6 months you are positive it was most likely from that night.

This is actually common for an ER to boot you out without much assurance being given. If its not either 1. An acute, life threatening situation or 2. something you will need to be kept at the hopsital for observation or 3. a broken bone, then the ER isn't the best option. The walk in clinic or your primary care (if you have one) will probably be more likely to give you the time of day.

Thank you RTrain. Yeah, I decided not to stall any longer, and went to the walk-in today. got my blood work done as well. lab results should be back in 10 days. i will for sure jot down on my calendar to remind myself to get tested again in 6 months.

I should have myself tested too, but I'm low on funds and transportation is rough at the moment. I can at least say for the past 2 years I haven't participated in any "at risk" behavior.
