one of my good friends tried meth with me a few months ago and hes been doing is smoking CAT. HES FUCKING INSANE like literally and will soon become a danger to himself and perhaps society. any suggestions on helping him, i figure theres nothing i can do i mean hes gonna do what hes gonna do. but once he goes over the deep end can i tie him up and commit him or something? any suggestions apreciated.
