Stimulants Help advice needed!! Going to rehab and not sure if I will pass the urine drug test!!

Please help me! I'm traveling interstate on moday for rehab and just found out i'll be drug tested on arrival! I've been really good and was in a clinic in my home state for 7 weeks but had to be out of hospitals for 7 days and I've kinda had a lapse or two but that's all!
My poison is speed/meth/ice and I've used some dirty yellow powder which I assume is speed. I guess I thought I'd say a final good bye to it but once on Monday turned into using Wednesday and today (Friday). I'm booked into rehab on Monday so my question is will I pass?? Some sites say it takes 3days to clear, others say 5 and I haven't got 5 days!!! I'm also worried the gear would have built up in my system making even longer to get out!
Is there anything I can do apart from panic??? Any tips on what to drink lots of etc??
I've got a lot riding on rehab and can't be booted out from an interstate clinic so plllleeeeeaaaassse help! Thanks :-)
 
Drug testing threads are not allowed on BL and this thread will be closed - as such, my answer can only be brief.

Amphetamines typically flush around the 72 hour mark depending on various factors, but I'd advise you to use Google to ask the same question. You'll soon see that there are a few tips and tricks that can help speed up the elimination process, though there are no miracle cures. Needless to say you've shot yourself in the foot by doing what you've done, but I guess that's the behaviour of an addict, huh?

I'm from the UK so I don't really understand your predicament with regards to drug testing before rehab? Without breaching the site rules on drug testing questions, can you tell me why you would need to pass a drugs test to be admitted to rehab? Isn't the purpose of rehabilitation to rehabilitate addicts? I don't know what an interstate clinic is, so I'm assuming that your admittance to one is conditional on passing a drug test? If so, what's the reason for that?

Best of luck in your rehabilitation and recovery period, it'll be tough but I hope you find the strength to pull through.

To answer your questions, interstate just means another state of Australia :-)
They're testing me cos I've already done detox in my home state but there's no intense 28 day rehabs here, hence the travel. Because I'm going straight into rehab and not detox first I need to be clean.

Fingers and toes crossed 72hrs is correct!
 
I'm in USA. My rehabs so lame they kick people out if they miss any combination of 4, whether drug tests, a hr long group which we have multiple a day 3 days a week, or postive tests as well. It so irrating like I've really been trying, I only had one positive but I'm one strike away from being kicked out. It's as if they don't want to help us.
 
In the states people get smashed on the way to rehab for their last hurrah. It's a given. They actually won't let you in if you don't piss dirty. If you don't have something in your system then you must not need rehab is the thought process. Would need a more detailed explanation to make sense of this situation.
 
You should consider yourself lucky, f33lg00d. When I was in a rehab in south florida, one positive drug test (yes, just once) would get you kicked out on the street (to face homelessness in what was for me effectively a foreign land like some kind of derelict) or right back into their $10,000/month 3 month long residential program. ($30,000 a month if you're insurance would cover it.) So, to get around the forced sobriety bullshit, I rented a mailbox across the street and had my methylone, JWH-073, and mephedrone delivered to me from Thailand via the internet. I never got caught or failed a drug test at that rehab. I was lucky.

However, you're going into rehab... do you think you're the only addict that wanted to get high before? They've seen it all before. Methamphetamine doesn't cause physical dependency so a medically supervised detox isn't critical the way it is for opioids and providing you don't use again you'll have come down and rested by the time of your arrival. If you don't pass, I highly advise just being honest and upfront, they'll be more likely to want to help you.
