HELP About to detox need serious advice regarding medications...

I am about to detox (so they call it, how pure it is i am in great doubt, ity could be anything really but ow do i know??) and also some oxicontin eariler in the week (4 days ago)... Tomorrow morning day one? I AM TERRIFIED - not scared but terrified as it is my 5th atempt in less than a year. I had tried the suboxone but the way i was treated by every single person made me jump straight back into the frying pan!! I know i am the IDIOT for starting the whole thing agian but here i am? There has to be an end to it all or i feel like i am going to die - either way>>> but now dont get me wrong a i am NOT sucidial in any way or form, it was simply an analiss of the way I am feeling? As you will see shortly by what i am about to ask everyone... I have access to the following tablets in great enough amounts that i can self medicate this detox... I honestly ask REAL advice as to WHAT - WHERE - HOW MANY - ETC... 8)
So I have
--Suboxone (8mg) Tabs X 6
(2mg) Tabs X 12

--Pramin (metoclopramide) (10mg) (It is a anti-vomit tablet, I think it could be stemtil or the other one)

--Valium (5 mg) x 40
--Valium (10mg) X 80
(They are from overseas- seems to work the same and is brand name if that means anything?)
--Clonazepam (0.5mg) Tabs x 88
-- Hypnodorm (1mg) Tab X 1
--Stillnox (10mg) x 10


My question is how do i use these drugs and how many what should and shouldn't i combine, so i obviously DONT have a suicdal mission as I am asking advice for my survival> I have an enormous tolerance to anything? I haven't had ANY of these tablets at ALL in the past week except 1 x stillnox last night for bed? So as they work at thier best tolerence? CAn somemone help me - I am planning obviously to self medicate so I was thinking of just trying to knock myself out with valium to sleep until i wake each time - keeping an eye on taking too many? The clonazapam may work better i am unsure if it will make me sicker? Last time i tried to do this i took the suboxone too early and went into several hours of severe withdrawal and a hospital visit. I CANNOT go to the hospital again - (I have my reasons and it is not pride) So i need anyones help? I have spent months saving these drugs talking to a very patient doctor (but he does not know anything about my using>) and piling them up as the scripts came in?

Uhh... that's a shitload of benzos. Careful mixing them with the Sub. Dosing depends on how big your habit was...

Ive been on oxycodone 30mgs 6x's a day for almost a year. And recently do to the shortage of oxycodone 30's where i live. My doctor switched me to 8mg dilaudid 6x's a day instead. And to be honest it does not seem to help the pain nearly as much! I no dilaudid is much stronger, but ive been on it for 2 months now. And it still isnt working nearly as well. And as a youth i experimented with drugs in all forms, but until this switch i HAVE NOT shoot up anything till this switch!! I was in such pain I had no chose but to shoot some dilaudid to kill the pain! When i was on my oxycodone I took it as perscribed, except for once in a blue moon snorting one. And now when im in SEVERE CHRONIC PAIN I have to shot some dilaudid to get the pain to stop. when in the past if i was in that much pain i would possibly have to snort 2 oxycodone, and take a couple perks. Its scaring me to death that because of the DEA cracking down on south florida with the oxycodone 30's(or roxicodone) that I may become addicted to the shooting!!!! Even though its only when im in horrible pain that i do shoot( FOR NOW ) it really worries me! Is anyone out there going threw this? Or has anyone felt the roxicodone helped more than the dilaudid? And if so will I eventually just get used to the dilaudid and not have to abuse it to get relief? Any suggestions, word of wisdom, or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!!! I JUST WANT TO STOP ALL THIS SHIT!!!!

Oxyman I didn't notice we live in the same area until I read your post again. you should just stick with whatever meds are available. Try not to boot if you can help it cos that's a slippery slope you don't want to get stuck on. I understand that you're in pain. I have it too and what's helped make opiates last a bit longer for me is take ibuprofin along with them. I hope you get through this alright realise it is hard. ~Theresa

To the original poster, I think you did well by stockpiling all those benzos, though you must be careful. My doctor refused to give my anymore xanax or any type of benzo along with opiates because he's just extra cautious.
So you are serious about the detox? You will get through but the first few days may be uncomfortable. That's where the suboxone will help considerably. For your first two days take just two of the 8 mg subs and one valium at night. No more! Then I would cut the 8 mg in half and take these halves twice a day along with valium only at bedtime for the next three days. This is what they did for me at the hospital, but gave me ativan instead of valium. You will reach a point where less suboxone is needed and if I were you try and speak to your doctor if you're unsure about dosing. It varies with each person and I'm glad you are being careful. Wish you the best.
