I'm a 21 year heroin addict,shot out me neck,arms,hands legs feet and groin but am set on finding a damned vein. Any suggestions? N NO REHAB DIDNT WORK THE 26 TIMES IVE BEEN.-Living the California dream

very poor advice even If they know better.

Hot shower, water, excersize, an tourniquet all help to bring your veins out.

If all your veins are collapsed then you are kinda sol.

The following suggestions are dangerous and should be avoided at all costs. Anyone not in the position of this poster shouldn't even think about these...

First, get a very high gauge needle. 31g preferably, definitely no larger than 30g. The following spots are hittable with a very small needle: the joints between segments of your fingers, veins in the palms of your hand, veins near your ankles, many smaller veins in the hands that aren't possible to access with a large needle.
These all collapse extremely quickly, sometimes permanently after a single use.

Better than almost dying all the time, at least for me. I lost a good friend and lover cuz she didn't get an abcess treated and I think she IM'd some street tar tbph. I didn't know she was in a coma till after she died and I am still pissed no one told me cuz I was closer to her than the people who should have told me.

I spent three years in a relationship with her and this other woman and yes were all dating each other as in a relationship with 3 people.

You can probably find some in your fingers and the side of your foot. It fucking smarts a bit and do not use the ones on the top of your feet. I had a friend use one of the surface foot veins and it swelled so bad within hours his foot broke.

I guess use a vein chart but I am guessing you already did that. I suppose I should tell you to stick the dope up your ass aka plug but I didn't really find it worthwhile other than with cocaine.
