I'm currently on bupe maintenance but I'm switching back and forth.He told me that its the world's best harm reduction site and he had learnt a lot about HR from this site.Engliah is not my native language but ill try my best

Don't have a lot of experience with bupre other than a brief spell about a year ago maybe. Sooo... what is the alternative to the bupre? Switching back and forth to what? Pain meds? H? fent? Other(s)?
Give your brother a hug for steering ya in a less perilous path than what is available. I mean; a lot will influence ya to try this or that and when one is broken they kick ya and walk away. Some BS in my book but it (destruction for destructions sake) is gaining ground in society and is becoming who we are as a people. Whatever.
