A small hello from Ireland, though I am Dutch I've lived here for quite some years, and I very much like it!
Ive been on and off the benzo's for at least 8 years, started out very small when suddenly i couldnt fall asleep anymore...
without any warning, from one day to another, i was unable to sleep. Doctor gave me all sorts of Benzo's and none of them seemed to work for me.
Until I found ambien, that would knock me out cold..
I was on it for quite a while until I needed to stop. Years later my insomnia is not cured, it is just manageable, there are relapses at times where I can;t stay away from the Benzo's because its making me mad. There are times where I don't take any at all.
For me it's a circle I can't seem to get out off.
