I am right now in much better situation than i was.
Only my leg is harmed because i am idiot..
Ok so...I have plenty 0,5mg alprazolams...I take my vortioxetine daily, benzos lower doses than i used to.
But my main goal Is to reach low but still helpful dose of opioids for my pain.
I have tramadol+paracetamol and 20mg Oxy + 10mg naloxone pills....I took 7 Oxy pills since yesterday evening and i wonder, why is oxy so subtle ?
I need to take 150mg tram + 1300 mg paracetamol on top of it twice daily to make it work properly.
Tomorrow i am going to take much less Oxy, probably 40mg extended release at morning and 40mg at late-afternoon. They are sustained release..
I know that oxy is actually low binding potency opioid , according to many sources of studying these meds O-DSMT is actually stronger and longer lasting.
But oxy has +- 10 % oxymorphone metabolite si my questions Is. Whats the hype a obout oxy? On modafinil i feel only dopamine and slight pain relief from huge dose of oxy i took throught night and today.
