Hello Everyone from New York State-- I 'fell off' after 7 yrs off opiates 3 wks ago..

Hi everybody... I fell off the wagon so to speak 3 weeks ago after 7 years... opiates. Years ago was IV use... just been snorting. I got hooked right back after having surgery and I have a 6 month old now, and I HAVE to stop. I put my foot down last night after i sniffed my last 0.1 (same amount each day 21 days straight) because in a city where suboxone is impossible to find, I cam across 2 8mg strips. I HAVE to use these (all I've got) to taper off and at least be able to function enough to take care of my child. I can't lose him! Like most, I am incapable of functioning if I am sick. Need support..

Just gonna give u some assurance that you can do it. I did h and any opiates i could for years. Often driving from va to ny to score. Ive been cleanish for over a year. I did a few months locked up. So that did help. And occasionally i do a random 30roxy. But thats been 4 or 5 months. The best part about geting off is wakeing up not sick. The buzz was cool but damn its an inslaver for sure. Dont give up. And if you use. Be around friends thats that got ur back. With narcon or atleast get u to a hospital. We lost too many people and to make it worst alot didnt have to die.

Yes, about the Narcan, the very first day I "slipped" it was some serious powerful stuff... white... I'm guessing it was pretty much straight fetanyl. I snorted literally a match head and after about two minutes, I fell out and OD'd.... The person I was with has been there every time it has happened to me and he brought me back, thankfully. But I woke up in a chair in the living room, walked to the bedroom to see him laying face down (buried in the pillow) slow, weak pulse, turning bluish grey... was barely breathing. He had done it the same way but had sniffed about 4 times as much as I had. I went through the steps, but it wasn't working this time.. he was gurgling and... oh it was awful. Luckily here they have a version of the good sameratan law so I called an ambulance. He was in the hospital a week because the Narcan messed up his heart. But he left the hospital with two complimentary 'overdose reversal kit' each with a dose of Narcan inside with directions. He gave me one, I hope I never have to use it but FOR MY BABY, I absolutely CANNOT get caught up ever again. I'm just lucky I didn't get too deep into it and lose everything all over again... Anyway, I took 1/6 of a sub this morning and plan to take 1/8 of one only if I REALLY need it. I actually don't feel a single symptom!
