this:
contradicts this:
if you're popping whatever you can find, yeah anything can be dangerous, whether driving or running. nodding out under a barbell isn't a safe prospect lol.
since i know you won't like the truth^, i'll tell you what i think you were looking for:
- training hard on opiates lets you go further in respects of going harder; this will fuck you in the medium/long run, as you'll burn yourself out
- opiates slow digestion, so you're not going to be able to fuel and repair the way your body needs
- opiates hurt testosterone, so don't expect yourself to gain at the normal rate EVEN IF you're able to consciously account for the previous two items.
- opiate usage in any manner similar to what you describe, is all but guaranteed to make you 'junkie' before you get better (cannot say i know anyone who has a 'see-pill' diet who gets better w/o hitting rock.bottom first - if they ever get better). so, yeah, i think most advice you're looking for here...you're missing the point. training is f'ing irrelevant to you, get the dope under control then worry about the little(comparatively) things.
I appreciate the thoughtful advice but you have gone ahead and assumed a lot about me and my disposition.
First of all I have already "hit bottom" many times and I am no novice to opiates. I am totally aware the dangers heavy drug use pose on a person's psyche, physical health, and how easy it is to become a "junkie".
Secondly I am quite healthy, I eat good I am active and I don't take opiates by the fistful at any chance I get as you made it out like. Being a moderate drug user does not necessarily contradict my statement that I am healthy.
I simply ment that when I feel like groovin' I get a hold of whatever is good and attainable, I have no one preference.
Also I know enough not to over exert myself and to not get under a barbell if I am getting the nods.

My only concern and purpose of this thread is knowing what harm can come to my body by combining opiates with heavy exercise, as in possiblely damaging my heart or something like that.
