This should have been posted long time ago, how do you guys cope with altered voice/facial expression when going out the door immediately after masturbating for 36 hours straight without food? I hate when people look at me like I'm Jesus Christ coming out of his tomb. Also the voice is weak/high pitched...the heavy/rapid heart rate makes it sound like I got a cock shoved deep in my lower intestine.

Lol honestly there's not much you can do, I've been in your shoes more then id like to admit. Take a shower and use lotion for your face after washing it, don't let other peoples opinions bother you to much or you will obsess about it and that sucks. Also keep gum on you for your breath and a drink for the dry mouth
