heart palpitations for last month and a half after small binge. Whats going on?

So im not going to go into too much detail because its pretty self explanatory, but about a month and a half ago I had an all night binge on some mephedrone (like 2 grams) and then 2 weeks later I did the same thing, staying up all night and doing probably closer to 3 grams. It sounds like alot, but im an extreme hard head when it comes to anything, needing usually about triple the normal dose as most people. I worked my way up slowly the first time, and didn't even feel a thing unless I bombed around 700 mg at a time, which is why I did so much.

Anyways, I felt fine after both times, didn't even feel the slightest bit of a hangover or after effects. Im not sure whether it was the meph or what I took a few days later which was this generic brand of cialis I took (I have ed from performance anxiety) which gave me extreme vasoconstriction (worst ive ever felt in my life, was actually excruciating) but since then I get random heart palpitations every day, usually between just a couple to a couple dozen. It feels like someone clamps my artery for a second then lets go, causing my heart to stop and then burst through my chest once and then being totally normal again. Ive never had this my whole life, and im healthy and just had an Ekg which came back normal. What the hell is going on? Is this normal? I hope my heart isn't damaged, because a few days would've been fine but its been a month and a half of this happening and its worrying me. Will it go away? Anyone else go through this?

I know it sounds cliche, but the best thing to do is to see a doctor. You may damaged your heart, or triggered some reaction on your body. Try to take a break, and see if everything came back to normal, if not, go see a doctor.

see a doctor, we cant diagnose you over the internet ...

if you had an EKG and nothing was wrong, then why are you still concerned? your heaart troubles are probsbly anxietey and obsessiveness over fear that you will have a heart attafck ect...

If your EKG came back normal, you may have to wear a holter monitor for 24 hours or so.

Go back to your doctor - I would definitely be asking for further tests to rule out anything nasty. If you feel that they are not taking it seriously, ask for a referral to a cardiologist.

Yeah if your palpitations are sporadic (not happening all the time) then the EKG may not have picked it up. I'd continue seeking medical attention. It's true that anxiety can cause heart palpitations, but best to rule out any other possibilities first.

I actually have had anxiety and depression for a number of years now along with being stressed quite often, so maybe is was bound to happen eventually anyway? I don't know but the fact that ive never had this before is what troubles me. Im 28 btw and have never had medical problems my whole life..

Anxiety and stress can damage your heart really bad bro! What was the last time you ran a check up?

Never really done checkups before because ive always been healthy. I did however go in for a blood test and ekg last week and everything came back excellent the doctor said, so I don't know whats goin on

another "see your doctor".

we're not medical professionals so cannot even begin to give you a diagnoses or reasoning over an internet forum with a couple of sentences, unfortunately.

Understandable, I know more tests would probably be the only way to know for sure but I dont have insurance or the money to do multiple expensive tests and visits to the hospital or doctors office so I just wanna wait this out and see if this clears up hopefully soon. I was hoping someone else might have experienced this and could tell me how they got through it or maybe what their doctor told them when they got checked up so if anyone has experience with this in any way it would definitely make me feel alot better..

it could just be anxiety, or it could be an actual heart issue. you need to get checked out since we can't determine that over the internet.
