Healthy Drinking (Alcohol) Recipes

To make drinking more healthy (and to avoid horrible hangovers), I've been making my own juice from real fruit!

I have the Nutriblast which is like a mini blender and works great with blending the fruit and vodka. :)

Fruits I usually use:
Blackberries
Rasberries
Blueberries
Pineapple
Mango
Kiwis

Vodka

Green tea
(sometimes I use the one with ginseng--sweetened)
Coconut water would be good too!

And sometimes I'll add in a already made local juice which is POG (passion orange guava). The leftover, I freeze.

I use the vodka to preserve the berries too since they get moldy rather quickly. I just throw the berries in a glass jar and fill it up with vodka and throw it in the refrigerator.
