"healthy" Amphetamine stack for ADD?

I've been looking in to alternative ways to treat ADD.

Instead of using a higher dose of ritalin/dex, my idea was to use Selegiline to increase the effects of the stimulant.

Then, in order to avoid tolerance buildup, I would use an NMDA-antagonist such as amantadine (or perhaps huperzine A, and also take advantage of it's acetylcholine-enhancing effects).

One problem though is that it seems like selegiline also increases the durance of the effects from amphetamines (refhttp://www.bluelight.ru/vb/showthread.php?t=242918&page=2).

Anyone got ideas on this combination of drugs?

Erm, I'd say you're taking an enormous risk by using amphetamine in conjunction with an MAOI, regardless of the dose. Moreover, I'm not sure where you got the idea that therapeutic doses of dextroamphetamine are particularly "unhealthy," but I've never heard the same from a reliable, scientific source. Don't do this, dude. I can't contrive a single circumstance in my mind where it would be worthwhile.

If you would please read the first link in my post, you'll see that there are a few who have succesful experience in combining selegiline with stimulants like amphetamine and ritalin, at much lower doses than usual of course. So the idea is not unheard of, and I'm looking for other people with experience in this area.

Another idea would be to use dextromethorphan to decrease tolerance build-up, as it seems it doesn't cause vacuolization[1], although I'm not sure whether these properties are shared with other NMDA antagonists, and then comes the problems associated with using stimulants with NMDA antagonists.

I recently read that the only NMDA modulator known to reverse tolerance is memantine [2], and all other NMDA antagonists need to be taken along with the substance to decrease tolerance build-up, which limits the usability of the suggested use of other NMDA antagonists... A bit sad considering the high price of memantine.

I have much experience fucking around with this combo and you don't want to go there.
Ritalin and selegiline is instant psychotic mania. I fucked around with this for several months, It is addictive I almost killed myself and took myself to emergency rooms because my BP was dropping through my boots and then recover, go home and dose again. It is pure mania, nothing theraputic adout it, just abuse.
Selegiline numbs he effect of dex right down, I was abusing dex and kidding myself that I was "treating" my adhd, so I wasn't interested in anything that removed the euphoric high that dex gave me but in hindesight that was probabally exactly what I needed.

Been stimulant free a few years now. Life is hard but at least I own myself now

Basically, you won't know the degree and character of selegiline + a stimulant until you give it a try in vivo, and an overshot with what would otherwise be a small dose could be life-threatening.

NMDA antagonists might partially ameliorate tolerance accrual and that already accumulated, but they're not magic. With regular dosing, you will still gain tolerance.
