Heroin Headache Relief

Hi guys I'm having a horrible headache when I come down, how can I help mitigate some of these symptoms? should i take a antihistamine before I use? Because I sure dont feel like taking aspirin or anything afterwards

You should do a small amount of dope such as 1/10th of the amount you would take to get high. Or take a tylenol and drink some caffeine.

Well I'd make sure you drink a lot of water throughout the experience. I don't feel get negative come down effects for some reason, but if I feel just a little tweaked I'll hit some weed. Not the amount I'd hit to get baked, just one small hit and it makes me feel normal.

drinking a bit of water after a long night of nodding is a must and is usually a secondary reaction to what i should be doing while i buzz.

sometimes the headache ranges from a strong pound like a heart beat in my temple to just an annoying "migrane" style headache, i wouldnt really know the differences i didnt get them before i started abusing opiates.

opiates could be the cause of the headache to begin with i think.. i never take them for a headache as they always seem to make it worse.. i believe i have read/heard that they increase cranium pressure (which would cause a headache i would assume)..
I personally take ibuprofen and caffeine for headaches.
For opiates, I'm on bupe and tramadol daily and i still get headaches.
Everyone reacts differently to meds tho.

yeah im talking about a comedown headache that i get after my evening tryst with the white pony. it happens everytime, and has been quite profound at time. i know others are experiencing this. some have told me to reduce the amount of water im using when prep'ing a shot but thats hot air to me for the most part.
