    Welcome Guest!

HBO esctacy documentary (MUST watch)

What felt so amazing about E was that happiness I could only equate to the kind of joy I'd get out of life when I WAS 13 or younger....that said, that's the very reason Im against someone that young taking MDMA. Not just for health reasons (which would mostly be guesses and claims), but for the sheer sake of the value of experiencing life at that age.

I think MDMA is possibly the most emotionally intense drug out there, and I think you need to have a little bit of wisdom behind you to handle it properly. Certainly, plenty of high school kids take it and aren't "screwed up", but I'm personally glad I discovered MDMA after high school.

I remember watching this on HBO when it first aired. I slipped in my VHS and recorded it. Can't find the tape now. i wish DVD recorders where around back then. Ive tried searching for someone sellin a DVD online. couldn't find anyone. Then i found a site claiming you could stream/download the whole show. Open the website and nothing but Viruses.

Awesome show tho:)

Ecstasy Rising was a good film. I ordered this on VHS from the studio who made it. I used clips from it to aid my term paper on ecstasy which i got A+ on

Bsiren, Google has the video available for download too:

http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-1564288654365150131#

(it says iPod/psp, but you can watch it on a computer or any device that will play an mpeg4 file)

I haven't seen the HBO one yet, but do recommend this one--but you have to watch the whole thing to get the whole story--don't turn it off after hearing the nut jobs at the beginning!

I've never seen this, thanks for the link.

Ok. Absolutely WRONG decision letting that child do pills. I mean, when you got a drunk 18 year old pot head telling you not to do something, you're probably making a mistake.

I cannot believe that father did that.

And whhyyy theee faaaack did he walk right into that possesion charge??? Why didn't he drop the stuff off at a friend's house or something? Maybe something wasn't recorded but it looks like he had the chance to save himself some trouble.

This guy strikes me as someone trying desperately to feel something, a middle aged crisis indeed. He isn't too bright either, when it comes to recreational drug use.

edit- i'm on part 7 and..... i want to try LSD :/ lol

The only one coming across as being 'brain damaged' is that army kid...which got proven right at the end.

I think its reasonable to say that encouraging your 13 &15yo to consume ANY drug is a little foolhardy and irresponsible. I think to emphasize MDxx as a worse drug is also foolhardy.
Beside that. I myself would prefer to be in attendence or at least informed when my child first starts taking any intoxicant. If its MDxx, I'd like him or me to test it, I would happily provide test equipment, and hopefully by then test kits will be more conclusive.
As for dropping with him? I'm not sure that I would the first time, but maybe I would?? It might be mutually benificial on some level.
Either way, the dad clearly loves life, his children and all the experiences the world has to offer. He may be a little misguided, but essentially he's just a lovely, nutty dude.
And clearly rebelling against his christian upbringing and wife...He probably never really got the chance to when he was a teen.
