Have you ever had a "flashback" from using hallucinogens earlier in life?

I've heard over the years about people who supposedly had acid flashbacks years after doing any acid or shrooms or whatever, but its never happened to me, so I dont know if its really true, or just imagined........8)

Have you ever had a legitimate flashback from past hallucinogen usage? If so, describe your experience?

Yes mild "flashbacks" consisting of CEV's and body load lasting ~2mins. They happen mostly when I'm in a sleep deprived state or very stressed and tired.

same as the above, generally when i wake up from sleeping sometimes.

sometimes intense feelings remind me of drug experiences, say not sleeping for a long time or having the flu might feel like a weird mushroom trip, or a bad break-up might feel like an mdma comedown, or a big accomplishment feels like ecstasy, anything really but it's not really a flashback it just reminds me of those kinds of feelings

What exactly is a flashback? I'll occasionally have moments where I suddenly "remember" what it's like to be tripping, but that's more to do with the intensity of tripping than anything else.

Sometimes one drug will suddenly make me feel as though I'm on another completely different drug, for about ten seconds. That's a weird phenomenon

On occassion i can stare at a wooden table or door and kinda get that moving woodgrain you get from hallucinogens
