Benzos have to zleep before work, which if theas makes the least hangoover?

Oh, so i whent on a litle binge this weekend on oure beautiful amphetamins, a heeeeeeell of weekend:D. But maybe not so smart dosing last amp. 12:10. since its know sunday 13:06 and i cant go to sleep befor tonigt 21ish. And hav to go to work in 0440 monday morning.

Im dont think im going be tired to night, so i was thinking of taking something calming at 20:00 so i can get my 8h sleep,

i have by hand,

2*0.5mg Axprazol (alprazolam)

1*6mg Bromazepam (bromalex)

4* 50mg Tramadol

Altso have some GHB, but did some bromalex yesterday so im not convinced thats a god idea.



can annyone help me with which of thes who make the least hangover on monday and be the best sleep aid?

i have a smal benzo tollerance, but no opiod tolerance.

And btw, i do not drive heavy machinery
