Has anyone had these before????

I have green tab with what looks like an R and a small N i can't really tell but i have pictures. also have red tab with exclamation mark and an orangey one with what looks like a mushroom on it. Anybody have advice on these, if so please let me know

that is a pretty dated report for red incredibles...the exclamation mark...the others i have no idea about...dunno if that helps at all
