This first time I took bupe, I waited over 24 hours since my last shot. I had a very high COWS score, and the doctor advised me to take 1 2mg tablet of bupe, it threw me into the most horrid P/W. It didn't make any sense. I tugged it out for a couple of hours, anyone who has gone through that knows that there is
Nothing worse. Seconds feel like days, minutes feel like weeks.
Anyways the only thing I could do to make this go away was to take a big ol shot.
So I did and it helped.
I recently relapsed, pretty bad I must say, after 6 months of being clean I totally messed up and don't know if I will ever forgive myself.
I have been very scared to try to start taking subs again. I somehow came across a very odd method that seems to work and wanted to know if anyone else has tried it. I know it sounds completely contradictary however, I noticed that if you where on the buttons patch (much smaller dose of bupe) that you could change over from 30mg of oxy without any waiting. Again I know this sounds odd but it has worked very well for me, and I haven't had to stop dope for 2-24 hours or anything.
What I do is take a slightly larger shot then normal, and right before I hit put about .75-1.5mg of bupe under my tongue.
The shot works,
The bupe doesn't seem to do much of anything, but if I do that 3 times a day for a day or two, I find that I stop getting dope sick, and then have no anxiety over taking my regular dose of bupe.
