I was just wondering if anyone here has taken Anxiety Free to help deal with their anxiety. It is a natural supplement made up of lots of b vitamins as well as a stress release formula made up of GABA, L-theanine, eleuthro root, lemon balm leaf, passion flower, lavender herb, sensoril aswagandha extract and holy basil extract.

I have been taking it for a little over a year now and seems to work great. I still take ativan but only at night unless I am having a very stressful day. I have added valerian root before bed time. Does anyone else have any experience with valerian root or Anxiety Free? Also any suggestions for other. Natural supplements that would go well with these and help me to maintain a healthy mental and physical state?

Never heard of the stuff anxiety free. Natural substance that comes to mind when maintianing mental and physical state is weed. Good ol mary jane never let me down. Even tho you might not really feel the ativan, that probably plays a big role in keeping you level.

I agree with that I have been taking it for almost six months now and no doubt have somewhat of a tolerance though I do not normally take any more then one milligram at night often times only .5.

Also how could I have forgotten to mention the best natural medicine there is? Yes I smoke daily and it certainly helps the most in my opinion at least.

i dont think it would hurt to take anxiety free, and valerian root tea at night or w/e

a huge factor in reducing anxiety for me though is exercising every day, yoga and meditation every day (routine is key) help a lot as well

weed has usually worsened my anxiety if im using it regularly, albeit i kind of 'go hard or go home' when it comes to weed, so low dose might have a positive effect

Meditation is something very new to me still but something I have found peace in as of late. Stress is overwhelming for me at times and meditation allows me to slow down my thought processes giving me a better understanding of why I feel the way I feel about things making connections with myself I could not otherwise make.

How do you meditate mysterie? I have tried a few different methods and would like to hear others experiences.

i read 'mindfulness in plain english - Ven. Henepola Gunaratana', that explained lots of questions i had about meditation

then i did some messing around with anapana (meditating on your breath at the tip of your nostrils), just recognising when thoughts arise and not clinging onto them, but i didnt do it that often and it didnt really stick, i had some interesting experiences though

then i went to a 10 day vipassana retreat, which teaches a form of mindfulness where you are scanning your body's sensations, so going to that was really intense and it changed my life i think. there were big ups and downs, but was worth it over all, im a 'jump into the deep end' kind of person though

going to that taught me how to scan my body front and back from head to toe -> head etc, and feeling for a sensation and not labelling it and just watch it pass through. i think this is relevant because sensations are present before we form a thought or emotion, and to be able to dissect that process can help you to reduce anxiety/stress. i practice on and off, but when i am, my life is different in a good way

i think the most important thing is to make it a daily routine, even if its 10 minutes a day, over time, small achievements happen

So true. In everything, really.

My sister has suffered lifelong depression and anxiety. She reports that it was alleviated immensely by vitamin B-12 at higher doses than a daily vitamin.
