Alright dudes, just looking some thoughts on something that has been stuck in my head for a while now. I'm a 24 year old male, dabbling with MDMA for about 8 years now, but about 3 years back, during an excessively mental year at university i had been rolling at least once a week, and frequently they would be over a 2 day period and usually in double figures. Aside from this one year i haven't really touched it since, mainly due to the drought, and also now that i'm a bit older i seriously regret this as i obviously had very little appreciation for MDMA and its effects if i was doing it so often. However, I have finally heard of someone selling real pills again and i'm gonna do them again soon. Just wondering if anyone else has been through a period of complete excess and how it affected their tolerance after a long break

you can lose the magic, but im sure a year without any mdxx is enough time to allow the magic to regenerate.

After loosing the magic, I took a break of just under a year and it still wasn't anywhere near the good spot. Don't mean to be pessimistic..I think my receptors are just shot.

i was still coming up ok when i was taking them, would need to double drop though. i got MDMA cystal back in september 2008, and having never had crystal before and being extremely naive i must've ate about 400-500 mg in the space of an hour and was obviously incapacitated for a considerable amount of time, bit too much magic for my liking. So at least that goes to show, despite the huge dose, that i can still come up ok

Set and setting are going to play a large role in how good of an experience you are going to have. I wouldn't try to psych yourself up or out too much. Just go into the experience with an open mind. If you spend the night thinking "omg, this isn't what it used to be, I always used to get so much higher" then you are setting yourself up for disaster.

Keep your mind open and see what it brings. :)

This is very true! It's amazing what tricks our brains can play on themselves with enough convincing. Just try it out and wait a little while. Do something to pass the time right after you eat it so you're not just sitting there thinking "AAH when's it gonna hit!!!?" And hopefully before you know it, you'll be rolling good and hard!

Just wait it out. Your brain's neurotransmitters and the synapses will return to normal function e\/eventually. Just be wise. Roll four times a year. Rest of the time take something else.
