Harm Reduction Organizations that operate in Vancouver?

Hello, I'm not too sure if this is in the right forum but I was wondering if anyone knows of a harm reduction organization in Vancouver? I've emailed dancesafe about it but never got any reply's which is kind of discouraging. I also tried emailing the TRIP Project about potential organizations but once again no response.

If anyone knows anything about one or if people are interested in starting one up let me know!
