Heroin Harm Reduction Needed for UK guy

Hi guys, I need some advice rather quickly if possible. Ive got some bags i need to get inside me but just had to chuck 2 because it congealed in the needle. Obviously im not getting it filtered enough when i draw it up. Please can someone lend some advice for me as i'm not putting gunk in my veins if i can help it.

PS before you all tell me to use a micron I dont have one my kit consists of:

1ml insulin style syringes (29g x 1/2")

vit c sachets

spoon

cigarette style filters (as in the rolling tobacco style)

isopropyl wipes
 
It depends on the quality of your heroin. Since you're in the UK, I recommend reading through the latest regional heroin discussion thread (here).

Also, we're not an instant response forum or chatroom. Your question will be answered soon but there's no need to put "ASAP" or "as soon as possible" needed.

I'm not familiar with UK heroin as I am in the United States. I do know that your heroin rarely shows up as number 4 heroin.

Somebody will come along soon with help, however.
 
I removed the ASAP version for that very reason, I will have a read of the regional thread. I'm basically just hoping that someone can share some new ideas for filtering when a micron is not available. I know there is a cut in this batch that turns gooey - I've had others tell me "just heat it then inject" but for me i would rather remove the gunk before the solution gets anywhere near my internal organs :)
 
Do not heat it and inject. Heating actually dissolves the cut into the shot, which is the opposite of what you want to happen. If you don't have access to a micron, there are other options available. Do you have access to a needle exchange?
 
Yes needle exchanges here do not give out microns they hand out kits with what I have listed above. I do not understand why but that's how it is over here. All our H has to be heated with vit c and water or it will not dissolve, Im not too sure about the classification, but I think it is known as H type 3.
 
Hmm... that's tough one. If you have to heat the dope since it's UK base heroin, and you don't have access to any micron filters or Sterifilts etc (which still might clog when trying to filter dope that gels up), I don't really know what other options you have than using a different route of administration (smoking, plugging). I have sadly in desperation injected dope that gelled up, by using lots of water, heating it up well and then injecting it as fast as I could and I do NOT recommend this - it absolutely permanently destroyed my veins and I'm lucky nothing worse happened.

You could also look up instructions for converting the base heroin to a salt and purifying it, but that would probably take more supplies and time than you want.
 
are you using enough water and are you also stirring while heating it?

i would also try to use a different kind of filter. a q-tip would probably be way better than a cig filter
 
i wouldn't touch it without a micron filter they don't cost all that much and you can buy them online from a lot of different sites
 
sorry i havent been around to respond, i ended up binning what i had and taking some subs a while later, just couldnt bring myself to put it in me. thanks for all your responses :)
