Harm reduction foods to eat while rollin'

I nice cold grape chewed really slow is like a sudden burst of heaven. Other than that and oranges I dont care to eat during a roll.

honestly speaking, i generally eat an hour before rolling always... i never ever experience nausea, even if im taking a larger dose (saying this low, i generally start with doses round the 100mg mark - safety freak) if i ever experience nausea its generally massive excitement, but i guess this depends on the user of course. i usually eat a nice serve of veggies (most the time) and on the come down a bowl of pop-corn, no good nutrition but i enjoy it...

the day after i always stack on the fruit, makes me feel fresh a re-hydrated. wouldnt be able to tell you any of the biological reasons, but this all seems to work on me :)

I really have a hard time even looking at food when I'm rolling. It makes me sooo sick to my stomach. cant even handle gum. Usually I even have to force myself to drink water, because even liquids make me feel sick. :/

There is nothing better for the tail end of a roll than a nice big glass of poppy tea. It really smooths out the edges, reduces residual stimulation, staves off dysphoria and turns that :( to :)

Eating and drinking really do help a comedown and especially how you will feel the next day, it is not just placebo. For the same reason drinking hangovers suck so much more when you are more dehydrated, same goes for rolling. Your body hurts when it is dehydrated and lacking electrolytes, as is typical of a night of rolling. Simply eating a banana and drinking a large gatorade during the comedown really helps. Oatmeal or yogurt are also good - if it is not appealing to the taste buds, just take a big bite and wash it down with water or gatorade. If you don't have any opiates or benzos, ibuprofen is also helpful.

Exactly :)

Bad-come-downers are awful to be around, especially when there are plenty of steps you can take to basically not have a come down. (rolling less often, staying hydrated, Getting sleep, Eating food.)

I eat an apple and drink a protein shake before the clurb. The only "coming down" I do is having about a 5 minute spark of anxiety and then a warm afterglow shortly after. But I never get irritable and edgy like a lot of people do.

Foods during the roll seems to be a bad idea if you ask me: less saliva in your mouth, less protected teeth, and then some really acidic stuff to break your teeth down. Seems more like a harm than harm reduction. Day after makes more sense to me.

^ So your saying that eating will cause acid to break your teeth down? I'm not buying it. Unless you go around all night with some super nasty cotton mouth, this shouldn't even be an issue. Drink water and you will be fine!

Eating while in the peak of a roll sounds awful to me, but once you start the decline forcing down a banana and gatorade is helpful.

Naked is sooooo good! I drink it everyday. I still don't get this thread. Eat a few hours before rolling. You won't lose 10 pounds in one night and won't get nauseous. End of discussion?
