ive always been a good worker........but a hard worker is completely different................im talking about employment.........ive had slack ass jobs my whole working carrear(which has only been three years)........but when i finally quit this one job i found a job that i would bust my ass at.........i was a buss boy at the newest and busyest resurants in my city.............i wanted to know if hard work payed off.........i knew i had to sacrifice..........i had to sacrifice something close and dear to my heart.........................first off ive lost friends.........second i dont go clubin as much.....which really dissapoints me........cause going out and dancing was a way to get unwanted anger and agression out.............so is there a pay off for working hard?.........id have to say YES!!!!!.....most definatly..........ive made friends with people that respect me....................ive gotten numerous raises within months of each other..........ive earned respect amungst my colleges...........ive gained confidences in my self.........and ive been considered for a management position in a resturant chain that is unrivailed in seafood amd the best resurant in the company.....so does hard work pay off ???????? id say yes.
