my opinion on the subject is:

fuck hard events. last year hard summer at the forum was the biggest waste of time and i drove all the way to fuckin inglewood. that shit didnt even happen, and i had more fun dancin and partying in the parking lot outside the forum than i did sitting inside that lame venue.

hard LA got canceled im betting because ticket sales were low. MIA isnt that big of an attraction imo.

i wont be purchasing any tickets from hard anymore, they pretty much suck imo. i can wait 2 more weeks for love fest.

and if i were to go to a hard event, i would be sneaking in somehow. because i like digitalism, crystal castles, caspa etc. but 60 bucks for an event that ends at 12 is fuckin lame.

love fest is whats up.
 
Destructo is an asshole. He really is narrow minded and doesn't give a fuck about his crowds. HARD events always blow chunks because they are low budget and carry these weird vibes like
"it's not a rave man, this is an electronic rock concert brO...your candy kid getup is not cool for this scene. Were adult here...we don't want your stupid lightshows"

8) in reality we know it's clear that they are def >mature.


It's just a bunch of scensters and jaded x racers who think they know everything and have become narrow minded.

Insomniac usually knows how to throw a good show though...maybe just wait for Nocturnal? Ferry Corsten and Markus Shulz will be playing.

agreed 100%. and insomniac always put on the best shows imo. and also imo so does go ventures. but mastersplinter is dead on when he says destructo dgaf about his crowds. and that the events are extremely low budget. for the same price of a hard ticket you can get an insomniac or go ventures ticket and have a wayyyy better experience.

the lights are better, the vibes are better, and most importantly, the venues are always better.

lovefest, nocturnal, monster, and then tao. yeahhhh buddy.
 
Go with insomniac.

I have never seen so much production put into any single one event, it blew my mind, I still get goosebumps thinking back to EDC, (COMPLETELY SERIOUS)

Ok so this is totally off subject but

@Master splinter

This post seems to be put together pretty well. (i.e. punctuation, and spelling) But i have read some of your other posts and i must be honest, at some points i was like "WTF is this guy trying to say?!" Please don't take this the wrong way but after reading some of your posts saying how MDMA has destroyed your ability to think and function normally, it's kind of weird to read a post from you that makes complete sense and isn't written in some sort of slang.

I'm only writing this because i HAVE read some of your other posts and I hope nothing but the best for you. I see that you made this post yesterday so I just want to say that i think you could be improving. Because like i said i have read some of your posts in the past and they were a WREAK! lol but if this post is any reflection of your improvement, i'd say things are looking up!

Just my .02. hope i didn't offend. :)

It depends on the time of day. Evenings im usually ultra baked, intoxicated, or possibly rolling...so its sometimes that I have trouble re-interatin what im trying to say because of my ADD .(which i take both adderall and ritalin for when my dealer can get ahold of it.

I was on a good break from eatin beans but I just came across an offer I couldnt refuse so Im ravin again.

For the most part Im a smart guy, but heh I dunno. Maybe its time for another brake

Was gonna go to hard, im pretty sure its gonna be all scene kids. besides theres like 2 hours of darkness no lights seriously? fuck destructo i hope this shit gets raided

I've been at venues that check your pack, but I've NEVER been to a show that didn't allowed open packs. That's just ridiculous.
 
I only goto HARD events because they get some good talent. I always feel bad going, but I HAVE to see some of these people.

They made me throw away my beads. I had TWO bracelets... seriously? Insomniac puts on better events.
 
They had drug sniffing dogs walking around the park . LOL . The security was taking light gloves around 9pm and not giving them back. They made me take off my shoes/socks as well...REALLY cracking down on drugs and anything to do with the word "rave"

All of the events around here say 'no open packs' on their rules but I've never been stopped with an open pack, and often they're not even checked.
