Happy Halloween -ish

Last night was fun, we went out with friends and went around the neighborhood for candy with spawn #2, he had a blast and got pooped out around 9pm (we left around 645pm). He got a HUGE bag of candy that SHOULD last him a couple months. Will it, OH HELL NO. It will be gone in a couple days IF we're that lucky. Surprised it wasn't mauled off last night.

Spawn #2 dressed as a Ninja, I was "Joe", and my gal was an embarrassed kitty.

Oncor-- Your kid looks adorable.

I made a kind of Frida Kahlo-esque flower headpiece that I wore when I answered the door for the little trick-or-treaters and I opened it to one bunch with a little ninja with his face completely covered. I was passing out candy when suddenly the ninja calls out to his parents waiting in the street (in an alarmed voice),"It's my Art Teacher!" Finding out that your art teacher has a house and dresses up for Halloween and actually even exists outside of school was spookier to this kid than the goriest ghoul LOL!

Herb- LMAO!! I recall thinking the same thing as a kid. Considering all his issues mental and emotional, he is such a super duper cute kid that really is wonderful. :-)
