Oddly enough, I actually had a proper craving for a smoke earlier. 19/04 then. Sadly I only have access to rather shite generic "pollen" (no, no polm cos polm is proper hash of some description). Am hanging for some weed. Have been for months now. Not even the kiddies punt it round here now though. Prices got too pisstake for all involved :(
 
Sixty quid a quarter, sixty fucking pounds. It looks and smells like fantastic weed but It's not proper dry and as a result it does not look like a quarter. However It's also clearly strong enough that I'm not going to smoke any of it after seven pints of beer. I'm not sure if I'm more surprised by the extortionate cost or the fact that my old hippy has some modern weed to flog for a change.
 
I'd far rather oldskool weed tbh. If at oldskool prices anyway. £10/gramme all the way up to an oz (and beyond) for "skunk" (or "cheese" or whatever the current generic weed name is). Pisstake. Am I fuck paying that no matter how nice a smoke it is :\

Hang on... snopes says that the association between the number 420 and cannabis began in 1971. In 1966, Bob Dylan released Blonde on Blonde, which featured a track, "Rainy Day Women #12 & 35", which featured the chorus "everybody must get stoned". 12x35=420. That's my theory of the origin of the whole silly thing.

12.50 a g is fucking ridiculous. What stoner has that kind of disposable income?
 
I'd much rather have about an ounce of 'thai' for that much really but It's all he had. It does look and smell special, I fear a whitey in my current state.

I imagine you to be correct, Kate. As I said, no fucker ever tries to sell weed round here now. Not for the last year or so. Not even the once hardcore stoners are up for paying the going rate of late. Can't imagine anyone is that doesn't grow their own :\:(:|

On the plus side, I smoke so rarely now that I get utterly twatted on but a bifta anyway. On the downside, no fucker sells a smoke round here these days so even that is more trouble than it's worth :\

I've given up smoking in general Sham (day 18 ) so it'll be back to the home baking for me again...sure you'll be up for a bit of quality testing ;)

yes, bloody expensive habit - don't mention it to my husband he thinks i buy shoes :o
 
I hypothetically received a couple of grams of "UK Cheese" from a MOM vendor. Not had a smoke for two months but one small hit and I was almost uncomfortably high. This stuff was so trippy that it actually stopped me from sleeping!

My mate grows regular weed and I much prefer his stuff to be honest. You have to smoke a full bowl but the high comes on slowly and is easily manageable. This ultra strong stuff is a bit too hardcore for me.
