Hands still tingling and sharp pains with blurred vision after ADDERALL

i haven't touched a drug in 13 months other then last night, so my tolerance is gone
last night i took in one dose 90mg's of Adderall and now i feel pretty sober, but my vision
is still slightly blurred and my hands are still tingling with a little surge running through them every now and then

i just wanna know if this is normal or did i slightly dose a little much?

I take it you didn't sleep? Just rest, eat, drink and it should all clear right up. Don't worry.

90mg is pretty steep for a non-tolerant user, but not dangerous.

Thank you for your help! and no i've had no sleep, is there any possible bad side effects to going to sleep while still having a increased heart rate?

No, stop making yourself paranoid. Sleep will do you good, nevermind your heart rate. Just get some rest, and don't forget to stay fed and hydrated. You're okay, don't worry.
