Meth Hand cramping after meth use

I don't use meth that often anymore but occasionally I do indulge. I can't fathom how I used to be a daily user. I bought a dime of some pretty good stuff and so far it's lasted me nearly 24 hrs, and all I'm Doing is snorting it.

Anyway, I noticed that sometimes when I do methy right hand will cramp like all hell! It's painful it lasts for maybe 20 min then goes away if I massage it. Does anyone have any idea what this could be? It's not too troubling, just a fucking annoyance.

I admittedly haven't drank much in the last 12 to 14 hrs. I just don't have the desire when I'm spun. I started pounding water, so hopefully that helps my cramping.

Most definitely due to a mineral deficiency as noted, most likely magnesium and or potassium, but sodium is also a possibility. Stay well hydrated with filtered water or high-quality bottled water that has added electrolytes. I highly recommend Trace Minerals brand ConcenTrace drops. But you can also make your own solution out of magnesium chloride, pink Himalayan or sea salt, and potassium citrate in a 6:2:1 ratio.

Most cramps are caused mainly by lack of fluid,
but something Isotonic would be the better alternative.

So cramps could be caused just by lack of.
Fluids and electrolytes. advise electrolyte cubes.
You dissolve in water and they are automatised a bit sparkly,
and with added electrolytes.

No sugar but mostly artificial sweetener s are added.
So te taste is actually quit ok and a 1/ 2 l is gone in second s.
