I posted a thread about that asked for the identification of a pill. However, I guess that's not allowed here. The pill has an imprint and it looks professional. It looks like a pharmaceutical. But, I've been researching and asking for help and this pill is completely unidentifiable. What's the deal? Is there a possibility that it a fake pill that was made underground? Is there any way I can find out what are the active ingredients are like through chemical analysis? (currently taking organic chem) I'm not asking for identification, I'm asking for advice and guidance on what I should do. Where can I take it for proper identification. If it is an underground drug then I'm assuming a pharmacist can't tell me. Where can I get it analyzed professionally. Do you think if I take it to my organic chemistry professor she would run tests for me lol? What's High Performance Liquid Chromatography by the way? Thank you.

It is claimed to contain oxycodone... It was from a friend. I just don't understand why there is no reliable info on it.

Let's make the assumption that it is oxycodone. Can I somehow isolate this from the pill? Maybe through cold water extraction? I don't think this would be sufficient because there may be a drug inside the pill that has a very similar solubility to that of oxycodone. Basically I'm asking... What is the safest way for someone to consume this pill? I just wanted to purify it as much as possible to make it safer.

We still don't do pill IDs.

If you can't find it on either of those sites, it doesn't have oxycodone. Make sure you're searching for it correctly. It is always possible that you got fake drugs, although I've only heard of fake pharm opiates having copies of actual imprints that you can look up.

I'm going to close this thread because we can't speculate on what you have. There's no way to know except for sending it off to a lab and get a GC/MS test done. That is, of course, if you don't find the imprint anywhere.
