Stimulants gross skin

i've been on my phentermine prescription for about a week and my face is now a wreck. i've never had perfect skin, but it's pretty terrible right now.

does anyone know a way to combat the amphetamine breakouts?

i keep it clean. i really do. i drink probably 80 oz of water a day.

help would be amazing.

best thing to do is to just to not touch your face with your hands specifically..
but not with anything else either ideally.. dont use anti-acne creams or aftershave.. as things like that tend to make it worse..
