Been reading the forum years but now that I'm tweaking decided to register. I'm 45yo male from Finland and havent been in the drug scene for a long, but have been heavily addicted to opiates in that short (5 years) of time and basically ruined a lot of things because of that.

I'm proud though that I was able to quit all opiates all by myself, wasnt easy though...far from it, and honestly say that now I'm recreational user (is this what all addicts say) of mainly speed. I've been diagnosed as a BiPolar and I think it's pretty accurate diagnosis considering I have been gambling, sex, gym, alcohol(been 100% sober for 4 years now) and a drug addict.

Right now I'm trying to build my life again after all those addictions ruined most part of it, not easy but hopefully some day I can say that I'm whole again and would like to give it back by helping people that has gone through same steps I have.

Thank you, definetely know the dark side of the drugs now...they can be your best friend or your worst enemy. Still believe that drugs can show you a better world but that knowledge didn't come cheap.

I find the notion of "chipping" a drug pure hypocrisy.
Your mind will tell you whatever you want to get more drugs, once it had a taste. That's why the life-style is so very dangerous.

Yeah, where other cultures say "Hey, I'm XYZ, what's your name?" you guys say "Wanna fuck?" - Finland was one of the weirder countries I travelled to :D
