Hi all.... been reading the forums off and on for a little over a year and decided it was time to register and stop lurking. 45 year old male, Two-fold reason for using, I suffer from severe anxiety so I'm a big fan of benzos, also love my weed. Occasional user of percs. Not a big fan of them tho, sometimes they get me high, sometimes not, but always leave me battling nausea so I smoke some weed to kill the nausea. Then I'm done for the day, just wanna lay on the sofa. Was introuced to Valium as a 14 year old during a family death....never forgot that first blue pill...even wrote an ode to it =D After 32 years I just finally got some Valium after thinking nobody but doctors and nurses took it. Man have they clamped down on scripting it.

Also into other stuff like drawing 80's rock & metal, old movies, horror movies...Not sure what else to say. Generally not great with these intros.

Hey man! haven't been down that way in ages, last time was a trip to Six Flags-of which I'm not really a fan. Huge roller coaster fan but more into Cedar Fair parks.

Valium was the first drug I ever took, actually that's a lie...got totally hammered at 12 with my cousins on New years Eve. That's what the adults got for shoving us kids down the basement while they played adult games upstairs =D Still my fave and took my first dose again today after 32 years...didn't think it was going to do much after starting out on the top of the mountain with Xanax then moved down to Ativan. Didn't give me the high I got at 14, but that was a virgin system back then, but it still got me nice and mellow, actually, it knocked me on my ass which surprised me. Yeah, Xanax was fun-liked those little footballs-and some grass...nice! I guess I'm weird that I still love Val so much tho I'll never turn a benzo down. 'Cept maybe Klonnies-those didn't do anything to me. Old school...but I think there's always a fondness for the first thing that got you high, yeah?

Welcome. Valium is still popular but it just isn't scripted as much anymore like you said. I had a friend who kicked a large IV heroin habit but to this day is still hopeless when it comes to Valium...(not me, actually a friend lol)
