How do I give myself a picture? I don't understand what it means by "fill link to picture here". Sorry I'm a little computer naive.

If you're talking about the section in 'edit my profile,' it doesn't display a graphic for me, either.
My guess would be that, at some point the decision to disable that feature were made due to the limitless traffic we see, the limited pockets of our owners/donors, and the fact that all those pictures would amalgamate to a price for server run-time and shared bandwidth.

It doesn't seem like you can add an image like you used to be able to--only the URL to the image will appear.

are you talking about adding a profile picture?
greenlighters may not add profile pictures. once you become a bluelighter, you can add a profile picture as long as it is <100K in size and 100 * 100 pixels or smaller.
