Green & yellow hearts

Picked up a green and yellow heart(not a circular pill, actually shaped like a heart). From what I've been reading on PR and Edata, they're bunk. Anybody have any positive experiences?

A little birdie told me last night that they had these heart shaped pills too (same color, I think) and they tested clean w/reagents. :D
