So I was purusing the fine website & instructional website PubMed when I came across an interesting article;
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/15319329

The basics of the study...decaffinated green tea extract (refereed to as DGT for here on out) was given to 11 individials along with DXM & Alprozolam (Xanax).
While the peak plasma levels DXM & Xanax did not increase, the area under the dose/response curve did increase.
So no, DGT dose not specifically inhibit cyp3A4 or induce CYP2D6...but it does decrease CYP1A1 & 1A2 (which effect the rate at which the APAP gets in you system).

I did find another article (can't currently find link) that showed that concentrations of CYP3A4 already in the liver were dropped with high doses of DGT.

Perhaps another potentiator...thoughts?
