Drugs that are potentiated by grapefruit juice are metabolised by CYP3A4. The grapefruit inhibits (blocks) this enzyme, thus increasing the plasma concentration of the drugs it normally breaks down.

Heroin and morphine are not metabolised through this pathway, so grapefruit will have no effect.
