Grapefruit Juice + Paracetamol

Does Grapefuit juice interfere with the metabolism of paracetamol?

I'm taking Cocodamol 30/500 every 4 hours for a knee injury. Also taking Ibuprofen 200 + codeine 12.8 every 4 hours.

Is it safe to drink grapefruit juice at the same time to slow down the codeine metabolism?

Don't want to take too much of the paracetamol and hurt my liver...
 
Should be fine as far as I know, you're not doing huge paracetamol doses. If you're gonna be on this codeine long-term though, it may be worth CWEing them to minimise any damage the APAP could be doing.
