When I tested a sample with e1 yesterday the reaction slowly turned into a pretty blue colour. Not purple, black or brownish, just blue.. Blue is not even on the colour chart so it would be nice if somone could explain whats going on with my tester.
On a side note I thought it worth a mention that every time I test, the reaction is painfuly slow. To get any reaction at all I'll be sitting there for at least 10-15 sec, for the agent to reach a deep full colour I'm there for about a minute. This happens with the best of 'em.
Is it possible my tester's fucked due to age or storing conditions??
Some info would be great

Hmmm, only thing i can think of is that you might have used simon's reagent rather than the marquis reagent. This goes violet/blue when it reacts with MDMA.
However i would advise investing in another kit. It is quite possible that your kit has gone "bad", due to sunlight etc. The people at EZ test recommend you to store the test kit in a freezer; and only take it out when needed.

Thanks for the advice catseyes but my tester has never shown me this colour before.
All the good pills I test will always go black eventually but it's the time it takes for the reaction to take place that's puzzled me.. I think I do need a new tester.. Must have been the sun light or something, i dunno.
